I am trying to create a list menu for one of the tables using list1 function and I keep getting the following error message:
Any help will be appreciated. I have used the pattern for other tables but it does not seem to work for this one.

The clue is in the error message "MySQL error: 1146 - Table 'hospital_system.treatment_sheet' doesn't exist "

Do you have a database called "hospital_system"?
Does a table called "treatment_sheet" exist in this database?
