Tony,
I think that the use of curr_or_hist='C' is no longer working with output2 tasks. I have a report that used to filter for current transactions only, that now seems to be returning all transactions.

How is "curr_or_hist='C'" defined in the OUTPUT2 task? It has to be placed into the WHERE string before it can be processed, so where is is defined? If it is being defined can you step through with your debugger to see where it is being ignored?

It is set in the fixed selection field of the task definition. I've also tried placing it in the sql_where definition of the php controller.

I'll try stepping through with the debugger to see what's happening.

The pseudo-column 'curr_or_hist' is only valid as part of any additional search criteria, so must be placed in 'selection_temporary' instead of 'selection_fixed'.

This is documented in FAQ53 item #4.

Thanks - that's fixed it. I was convinced it was working previously, so I'm either mistaken, or it was working by chance until a recent version.
