How can I default as 'selected' and 'not selected' the values to be exported in the output4 screen? There is a long list but I need only a few of them (I need the others to be there because they can be used for search).

Try this patch. The getColumnNames() method now calls _cm_getColumnNames() after it has built the screen contents so that you can customise it to your heart's content.
